30-day money-back guarantee
We want you (and your pet) to love your Santa Pet Pouch Hoodie. If you're not happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of pet hair, stains or damage, with original tags and packaging.
- Items damaged by use, washing or pets can't be refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
- The free pet Santa hat does not need to be returned.
How to return
- Email support@thesnugglepup.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first; returns sent to any other address can't be processed.
- Send the item back with a trackable shipping service and email us the tracking number.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the cost (see below).
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Bundles: if you return one hoodie from a 2-hoodie bundle, we refund the amount you actually paid for that hoodie (the bundle discount is shared equally between both hoodies).
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Size exchanges
Need a different size? Email us. We'll arrange the exchange once we receive the original item back (return shipping paid by the customer; the replacement ships free).
