Free worldwide shipping
Every order ships free with tracking, wherever you are.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 10–12 business days of ordering. The product page shows your estimated delivery dates.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during the holiday season, bad weather or customs checks.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 15. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show movement. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address, lost and delayed parcels
- Please check your shipping address carefully. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if it needs correcting. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- If your tracking shows no updates for 10 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 30 days after ordering, email us and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund.
- If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us.
