This website, thesnugglepup.com, is operated by Snugglepups ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@thesnugglepup.com. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you confirming dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud); if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes collected at checkout. Shipping is free. Import duties or taxes in your country, if any, are covered in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout provided by Shopify.

4. Promotions, bundles and free gifts

  • Bundle discounts apply automatically at checkout when the qualifying quantity is in your cart.
  • The free pet Santa hat is included with orders of 2 or more Santa Pet Pouch Hoodies, one hat per order, while stocks last. It has no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
  • If you return items so that an order no longer qualifies for a promotion, the refund reflects the price you actually paid for the returned item.

5. Product information and pet safety

We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly by screen and measurements may vary by about 1–2 cm. The pouch is designed for pets up to about 5 kg (11 lb), for short, calm use at home or on gentle walks. Always support your pet with a hand, never leave a pet unattended in the pouch, and stop using it if your pet shows signs of distress. You are responsible for your pet's safety while using the product.

6. Returns and your legal rights

Our Refund Policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity for goods.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent purposes. All content on this website (text, images, design, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
